FIVE SUPER SANITIZZANTE is an acid solution highly oxidizing, non-foaming, chlorine-free and easily biodegradable.
At dilutions of use, the product is not corrosive and can be used on the following materials: stainless steel, galvanized iron and tinplate, glass, porcelain, polyethylene, teflon, polystyrene, pvc, enamels and rubber surfaces.
Ideal for the cleaning of CIP system in plants and equipment and with traditional methods on hard surfaces in general.
Ideal for the following procedures: cleaning of hard surfaces in general. cip and equipment, back ?ush milking systems, cleaning of trucks.
Avoid direct or indirect contact with food. When handling the product, use a face mask to protect the eyes and suitable gloves and clothing. Keep out of the reach of children. Follow the warnings on the safety label.
Hard surfaces in general: After cleaning the surfaces, prepare a solution at a concentration between 0.2% and 0.6% with tap water and distribute it by means of a nubulizer. Leave on for at least 15 minutes then rinse if the treated surfaces come into contact with food and animals in the short term. CIP systems: After circulating a detergent solution in the system, prepare a 0.3- 0.5% solution and circulate it in the system for 10 minutes. Back ?ush: Prepare a 0.3-0.5% solution in a bucket and immerse the milking group between the milk of one animal and the other. Rinse with drinking water.
